On April 2nd, Julia and Tatiana worked in the afternoon
at Sapphire. This was because the club was having a
party for a college basketball game. They participated
in a "stripper basketball contest", with a prize of $500
cash. Of course, Julia and Tatiana wanted to win. They
practiced for about 2 hours in the parking lot with the
sun beating down on them. Things were looking good
and the girls were getting very happy thinking about
the $500. Then came the reality of the contest.
Everyone was lined up, about ten girls total. Tatiana
got 5 out of 10 free throws and Julia got 4 out of 10.
Unfortunatly, Julia didn't make it to the 2nd round.
Tatiana did, and she competed with 3 other girls for
the money. In the end, the prize went to a blonde girl
with a CareBear tattoo. Tatiana was more upset over
the loss than Julia was. It didn't seem fair, but that's
life.
Maybe next year, right?
