Tired

Feeling a bit tired today because I drove back and forth to Anchorage yesterday. Picked up a friend from the airport and brought her back to Kenai with me. Who? Find out tomorrow! Another gorgeous day here, I already had my latte, went grocery shopping (as you can see on he pic), took Chhaya for a fun walk, worked a bit on my tan......soon it will be shower and then work time. There are some people in town, I guess the fish are running, work should be picking up now.

Regarding the cleaning the stage the other day......that is me showing off my house wife skills....... ;-)
I am an expert at cleaning and organizing (no methamphetamine included), an ok cook, I'd rather eat out........and I am really good at being bossy and talking back......and discussing never ending topics. What else? Sleeping in, lounging around and shopping. Those are some great house wife skills that I possess.

Cleaning Lady

I have complained about the stage being dirty and crusty for a while now. Nothing was being done about it. I have seen blood and dog poop on that stage. I know it was really dirty and it grossed me out to know that I got those germs and whatever else festering on that stage on my skin. YUCK. Sometimes complaining won't do anything, so I brought a bucket, gloves, rags and a bottle of Lysol with me to work last night and thoroughly cleaned that stage. Twice.
The water turned dark. Nobody could tell me when that stage had been cleaned like that last. Scary! I don't mind cleaning, it was for my own benefit anyways. I care about personal hygiene and at least now the stage is clean. For a short while. We were joking around that the poor Polish immigrant girl (that would be me) was being forced to do double duty as a cleaning lady. And I told people that they only let me clean the club because I am too ugly to be a "real" dancer. :-D Well, that was a first for me, never cleaned a stripper stage before. I feel like I did a good thing.

Fresh Paint

I am in bed with clean feet and fresh paint on my toes. Painted in a pretty pink color.....as usual. At work tonight an arrogant man thought he was going to play cool in front of his two buddies. So he throws up his foot that was stuffed in a sandal on the stage while I am up there and sticks a dollar bill under his big toe. Thinking I would get that dollar. I know that dollar bills are filthy, therefore I only pick them up and handle them with my hands.
But seriously, me taking that dollar from his foot. ICH DON'T THINK SO. I told him what I thought of him and I didn't get in trouble for "being mean" either. Yaaaaawn.......I am going to sleep now. Here are my feet. Clean. 100 $ bills belong underneath my toes.

If I have to say it myself.......I am so freakin' amazing in so many ways.........!

Some Pics

Here are some pics I did back in November when I was in Vegas. The photographer wanted pics to make it into a modeling/photographer online community. The shoot was very basic, at his house, in the living room and a green screen.

Fishing

Last night when I arrived at the club around 9 45 pm there were 15 girls there and four guys. So I didn't even change, instead I sat on the couch and could not believe what I was seeing.
It was not looking good. But then people started trickling in and by midnight I was in my heels and slowly starting to gather money. I left a little before 4 am, it was on ok night. Not good or great but ok. So better than nothing.
While walking to the dressing room a guy ran up to me and asked me in a heavy accent,
"You Russian?" I explained to him that I am Polish. He wanted to know if I spoke Russian since that is where he was from, Moscow to be precise. I told him that I understand a little but I speak Polish......and a couple of more languages but I doubt he spoke Swedish or French.
My German is getting rusty. Then he wanted to know if I could leave the club and come and join him and his TEN Russian friends camping at the river to go fishing. Ehhhhh.......NO.
He had a difficult time comprehending that I would not leave the club. I told him that I only work in the club, no meeting up with anyone outside. His English was not the best either.
I know that in Russia the girls that work in "strip clubs" aka brothels also see guys outside, you basically pick the girl you fancy and then you buy her out, but here in the US it doesn't work like that. Sure, some girls do have sex with guys outside of the club for money, of course but many don't. I of course DON'T . And the girls that do this usually keep that quiet because it is rather frowned upon since a strip club should not be a brothel in any way. And meeting up with ten Russian guys on the river in the middle of the night sounds like an adventure that I rather pass up than get to experience.
What I am more interested in is that my very SEKSI man Vladimir Putin has finally divorced Lyudmila. Now I am hoping that he is going to plan a fishing trip to Kenai, since he is an avid outdoors man and decide to come in to the club and fall head over heels for me. Cause I know he would, I would charm him in an instant. I know that there is a passionate man hiding behind that icy cold stare. Somebody needs to tell my Volodya (Putin's nickname in case you wonder) about my blog and he needs to get in touch with me. I can totally see myself ruling the Kremlin with Putin by my side.

48 Hours

It has been really beautiful and warm here the last few days. I have been laying outside enjoying the sunshine. Here is a small recap of the last 48 hours on my life......
My latte had this pretty heart on top! ❤ If I was a barista I too would learn how to decorate people's lattes with hearts, leaves and stars.

The nice view from Bridge Access Road and a heard of 13 caribou (not all of them are in the picture) that were out there frolicking. They had little babies that were jumping around looking sooooo cute!

What I had on Thursday night.

And what I had on last night and my new book that I brought into work with me.

Me in the car after work looking forward to going home.

What happened at work the last couple of nights? Hmmmmm......Thursday I was lucky enough to basically chat all night with a nice, fun and intelligent person. One of the girls I work with, that should have retired since about five years ago because she shuffles around the club looking like a mix between an injured penguin and a zombie sat at the bar, blew her nose with a loud and wet sound into a paper napkin, then proceeded to pick her nose repeatedly and rolling whatever she found up in there in between her fingers. Totally repulsive! That is just an example of some of the lovely "ladies" that I have the pleasure of working with.
Last night some inebriated guy stood up and projectile vomited close to where I was sitting, it splattered everywhere and a small splatter ended up on my hand. Very nice indeed. Also last night a herd of young drunk 20 somethings came in with no money, sat around the stage, acted loud with their mouths agape looking like a group of inbreds. Shortly after that, I left.
I have no patience with idiots. After witnessing stuff like this I sure am glad that I am not like that.
