Playground

Ever since Chhaya was a little baby I have been taking her to playgrounds, she loves to climb up on stuff, she is agile like a mountain goat and she bravely runs don the slides. I stand on the sidelines and cheer her on soccer mom style, super proud over MY kid. My doggie kid. :-D

A story just came out about a disgusting couple that kept four little boys in horrible conditions in an apartment. The boys were found malnourished, filthy and communicated by grunting. The apartment was beyond dirty with flies, feces and reeked of cat urine. Even more unbelievable is that these "people" had three OTHER children taken away from them a few years ago for basically the same reasons. Not much upsets me more than abuse and neglect of the defenseless, children and animals. I am absolutely for strict laws on who can or cannot become a parent and even for forced sterilization of anyone found guilty of any kind of abuse of a child. The authorities should had sterilized the couple in this case after they proved to be unfit parents a few years ago, instead these sickos had four more kids. For what? If you are a drug addict or an alcoholic I don't think you should be allowed to have children until you get sober. If you can't take care of yourself you can't care for a child. If you want kids badly enough then sober up and get your shit together! I also do not think that people on welfare should be able to have kids until they can support themselves. That would probably cut down on the people that only give birth so they can collect more money in form of handouts.
How are you going to feed and clothe your children if you can't feed yourself? Newsflash.....the kids should not support you, it is the other way around. People with serious mental issues should also not be allowed to have children. If you are crazy you can barely concentrate on yourself and keeping track of the meds you have to take every day. I suspect there were some sort of mental issues in this case, at least the so called Mom looks like she lost all her marbles a long time ago and the Dad looks like Charles Manson. Creepy.
Same goes for pet owners. If you abuse or neglect your pet then you should not be allowed to have any animals ever again.

Quality

I spent the whole day in Anchorage yesterday. I got up really early to be able to make it in time for my 9 am facial with Anastassia. I ended up being 20 minutes late, kind of unusual for me because I'm usually on time for my appointments but I discovered that the roads were really slick while driving, I slid out pretty bad and almost had a heart attack. So I had to put the truck in 4 wheel drive and slow down a bit. Better to be a bit late than not get there at all. The facial was really good as always, Anastassia has a great touch. She got certified to do some new peels and I am thinking I might try another peel, something with apple and lotus.
It will make your skin peel off for up to a week after the procedure. I did a green peel a while back and it was nothing special, besides that it hurt and I peeled but this apple and lotus peel is supposedly better. So I might try that. Why not? I like facials and going to the spa.
Later on I met with Kennedy for some QUALITY friend time. Every time I meet up with her I leave feeling better. We always have the best conversations and she is so wise and has the best advice in case I need it. Kennedy is the best! I wish we lived close to each other.
We ate at Bombay Deluxe, we both LOVE Indian food and we both love spicy food. I had the vegetable korma which was delicious, naan of course and a mango lassi. Maybe one day I will go to India to marvel at that country, seems very interesting and amazing and the food is just scrumptious.

Pool and Stuff

After taking an afternoon nap I forced myself out of bed and went to the pool to swim some laps. It's almost always a drag to get out and exercise but I feel great afterwards every time. So I am happy that I went.

Work this weekend was......work. A civilian girl (meaning a non dancer) came in with a large group of guys as part of a bachelor party. The bachelor got his obligatory dance with the obvious choice, MOI - of course. Then the girl developed a small crush on me. So she got her first lap dance and it was her first time ever in a strip club too. She told me that she had been kind of scared to come in because she thought it was going to be grimy and gross with nasty dancers, this is what she had heard, people talk a lot of trash. But she ended up having a great time, thought that most of the girls were really nice and pretty and she left with a big smile on her face. I love it when I can change a persons preconceived opinions about my line of work.
Some other stuff.....The other day I wrote that we all live by our own set of morals. What is totally ok for me might be objectionable for somebody else. It became very evident to me the other day when I heard a discussion on the radio about people that pretend to be disabled or tell their children to act disabled just so they can skip the lines at Disneyland and Disney World. This has become so abused that park officials decided to stop allowing disabled children and adults to skip lines all together at the parks. What kind of a person pretends to be handicapped to skip a line or instructs their child to pretend this? Great parenting btw. Something I would never even dream of doing. And others sneer at for examples dancers. Once in a while angry women come in and glare at me or my co workers, snicker and talk shit. Listen, you don't know me personally but go ahead and talk shit all you want. If you knew me then you would know that I am one of the dancers that doesn't fall into the bad stereotypes in any shape or form. So yeah, just an example of how we all go through life with our own set of morals.
One more thing before I hop in the bath. I have been following an entertaining debate in Swedish blogs about selfies and girls doing the duck face or taking the selfie with the camera angled above them. I personally think that the duck face is rather lame and ridiculous looking but to each their own. But some women in the discussion call the pictures snapped with the camera slightly above the face the "dick sucking look". What, really? I take a lot of pictures of myself or selfies and sometimes I take pics with the camera above my face, not at all trying to look like I am in the mood to give a bj. And absolutely not fishing for any "how fuckable is she" approvals from guys. I couldn't care less and it's not like that is going to happen anyways, you know....me having sex with some random guy. ICH DON'T THINK SO! And it's only a picture. Quite innocent actually. Ooooooh selfies! :-D
