Thoughts about Denver, CO

In July 2006, we decided to go to Denver, Colorado
and work at a club called Shotgun Willie's. This would
be the first trip to Colorado for both Tatiana and Julia.

Vegas is scorching hot in the summer, and the heat
brings out high levels of crankiness and an overall
feeling of lethargy in Tatiana and Julia. So we packed
our bags, rented a car, and began our journey to Denver.

Once we arrived, we found a cheap weekly motel called
the Niagara House. The following day we went to
Shotgun Willies, and to Julia's horror, had to audition
on stage. We were hired, and Julia actually made
some good tip money during the audition. Later, she
discovered a stain on her underwear that she had
worn during the audition. How embarrassing!!

Though Julia initially hated Shotguns, the club grew on
her, and she actually missed it during some uneventful
nights at Crazy Horse Too.

Since the first trip back in July, we have been back a
total of three times.

Overall, we like Shotguns and we will probably make
more appearances during 2007. It looks like this year
will have many more travels in store for us. Julia and
Tatiana are talking about going to work in New York,
Detroit, Wyoming (hey, there are guys who need us
there too!), Alaska, South Carolina, and maybe even
Japan. But for the moment we are back home in
Las Vegas, so come say hello if you are in the
neighborhood!

BORAT all night long....

We decided to do our best Borat/Talladega Nights
impressions all night long, whether the patrons of
Crazy Horse Too liked it or not. We like a lot !
IT'S NICE !

We ended up meeting some guys straight off the
‘airbus’ from Poland. Julia had a connection with one
of them, which led to a very SEXYTIME dance. At the
end, he gave her one of the most interesting and
sincere compliments ever.

“Nice smell !!” He said enthusiastically.
“You come to my hotel, yes?!”

Although he was super cute, Julia had to explain that
she could only keep him company in the club.

High Five !!

Back at the DEUCE....

Tonight was our first night back at Crazy Horse Too
since before New Years. The night seemed to drag
on and on, way too many girls as usual and to make things
even worse, Vice (police) were walking around the club with
clipboards hawking over girls, trying to see if
inappropriate lap dances were in effect.
NOT VERY SEXYTIME!

We got cranky due to the lack of excitement, so we
retreated back to our locker for some crackers and
gossip magazines. Just as we got comfortable,
Tatiana's name came blaring through the intercom.
Someone was waiting at the gift shop, perhaps it was
Santa making a belated toy run !? We both decided to
go investigate. It turned out to be a man Tatiana had
met about two months ago that had happily given her
one of the best massages ever. He was back for more.
For the next two hours Tatiana was busy getting a
massage by Heze. They were both very happy.
VERY NICE!!

Julia, on the other hand, found herself entertaining a
married couple. They got several dances, definitely
SEXYTIME !! The wife, who looked remarkably like Hillary
Swank, mentioned she was searching for some pasties
for her boss's new boob job. Since Crazy Horse has a
stripper boutique (where even PARIS HILTON shops!),
we took the wife there and she found the perfect pair
of pasties for the occasion.

New Years Eve fun....

We can't believe it's New Years again!!
Tatiana is certain that time is going by faster and
faster. There is something not right about the
concept of time, maybe it's all some sort of
conspiracy?

We drove out to Los Angeles with our friend Jake
on the day of the party. This year we decided to
go to the Giant party instead of Together As One.
The party turned out to be OK..not bad but not
quite as good as we had daydreamed about .
We wished we had gone to Together As One.

Most of the people at Giant were boring and serious,
not dressed up in fun outfits. We, on the other hand,
looked awesome with lots of Hello Kitty accessories.
This lead to us being bombarded with requests for
photos. Even the LAPD became our fans that night!

Tatiana and Julia's New Years resolution is to never,
ever become boring or uninteresting. DA NANG on that!

We stayed until the end (of course!), which was 6am.
Then we walked back to the Sheraton, our hotel.

The next day we drove back to Vegas but not without
a mandatory pit stop at IKEA for our dose of the
delicious Swedish meatballs. Yum!!

Practical Jokes....

Tatiana and Julia decided to meet at the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace for some last minute New Years Eve shopping. Tatiana was running a little bit late due to some bad drivers and a few wrong turns, so Julia had a few minutes to kill while she waited.

As she waited impatiently by one of the bars, a man and his ten year old son approached Julia. The man made small talk and questioned Julia's reasons for being at the casino. He introduced his son and explained that they were visiting from San Diego. Julia didn't know where the conversation was leading so she excused herself, telling the man and his son that she had to go meet her sister Tatiana in the mall.

As Julia walked away, she thought to herself how bizarre it was that this man was talking to her so openly in front of his young son. What did the boy think his dad was doing? Julia was concerned about the situation. She wandered into a shop and within minutes the man and his son were standing right in front of her. 'What the hell are they doing?' Julia thought to herself.

The man then informed Julia that his son would be going to sleep around 10pm and that he would be free to go have some drinks after that. Julia looked at the son sympathetically. 'Poor kid', she thought.

Suddenly the man thrust a blank piece of paper and a pen in front of her face. "Here," he said. "Write down your number so I can call you after the kid goes to bed."

Julia smiled and wrote down Tatiana's phone number on the paper. 'That's what she gets for being late.' Julia decided that it was Tatiana's fault this man was talking to her and probably traumatizing his son.

Later that night, after the shopping was done, Julia called Tatiana to see what she was doing.

"A guy just called me," she said. "He said his son was sleeping and did I want to go out on a date with him!" Tatiana sounded pissed. "Can you believe that? I don't even know him!"

"That's wierd." Julia was imagining the man's facial expression during the brief conversation. "Where do you think he got your number?"
