We have a new hire at the club. At first glance I would describe her as obese (strip club standards) and that is the truth. I have seen some size large dancers before, ranging from chunky, thick to fat. But this girl is really BIG, I think. Pretty face though. And you know, if she is confident enough to dance (although she doesn't get totally naked on stage, she only pulls her boobs out of her dress, many dancers that are insecure over their size or some body part like their stomach keep the dress or a tank top or a corset on) then I guess let her. Why not? I personally am in favor of club owners being more picky who they hire but then again, we all look different and everybody has a different taste and opinion about what beautiful is.
I think thick is sexy and attractive but not fat. I prefer Coco over Kim K, that I think is a chunky jelly doughnut. I prefer Rihanna's beautiful body over Beyonce's. Adriana Lima's figure over Maud Velzen's. Ummmmm......and Anna Kournikova's physique over Serena Williams.
Anyways, Big Girl was working Saturday. I am on stage. A guy was sitting in between Big Girl and another girl I work with, her name is Nancy. Big Girl sticks her hand in the guys crotch and whispers something in his ear. Nancy sees this and gets upset. I see all of this too and I mouth off. Big Girl is supposedly related to another girl that works in the club that I won't name right now. This girl is really funny BUT also a huge problem. She has stolen, to my knowledge two wallets from guys in the club and according to another girl, stole her wallet too. That is so NOT ok! A girl like that is a liability. Also Big Girl is new to dancing, the girl she is related to is the worst teacher she can learn from because she is known for what she is willing to do during lap dances and also outside of the club. She basically breaks every rule we have all the time. Like I said, she is a liability. Besides that she is funny (she makes me laugh all the time), witty and intelligent but as far as working with her, she gives dancers a bad name. Well, of course Big Girl totally denied grabbing the guys crotch although both me and Nancy saw this. Funny, I have been dancing for a long time and never grabbed any crotches before or during a dance and still somehow managed to make money. I also see girls planting their hands high up on guys inner thigh while they talk to them, you know close but not on the crotch, that makes me cringe too. Well, this whole scenario escalated into a discussion that we continued in the dressing room, all of us.
Nothing got resolved really. Just a bunch of meaningless yelling that won't lead to anything anyways. Besides that Big Girl did finally admitted that she did do what we saw her doing.
She was calling Nancy a liar earlier and of course her relative, the trouble maker called us all jealous. It's so funny how fast girls try to turn something into the jealousy card. No honey, I have nothing to be jealous of.......Big Girl is obese and you are way chunky. Thank You! I just don't want to be subjected to girls at work that are vulgar and do not understand how to follow the rules that apply to ALL OF US. That's all.
And guess what, in the end they guy that was sitting in between Big Girl and Nancy asked me to dance for him. HA! The crotch grabbing and the whispering didn't pay off did it? And what is it that is such a secret that you have to be whispering anyways? When I see girls doing that I KNOW that they are being shady.
Well, last night I was browsing an online dancer group and I haven't said much on it before.

AND HERE IS WHAT I WROTE........"I have lots to say about these two topics......First of all, "hustling". IMO it is cheap, desperate and low class. There is no need to hustle anyone if you are (like X said) educated and and an entertainer. There are going to be good nights and bad nights at work, deal with it. To do WHATEVER no matter what to make money is desperate and gives dancers a bad name. If somebody (a patron at work) is rude to me or treats me badly I will put them in their place (believe me) but besides that I treat people the way I want to be treated, yes this includes people I encounter at work. I'd much rather somebody come back and see me because they had a great and fun experience than leave feeling cheated and hustled. If you are nice, funny, witty, pretty, educated, well spoken it's going to pay off. I would never steal from a guy at work, bully him, over charge him or cheat him on the amount of dances, that is wrong.
I do not need money that bad! Or get somebody drunk ONLY so I can maybe squeeze out some extra dollars from them. How would YOU feel if a man got you drunk just so he could take your money and take advantage of you? Not too good right?
As far as girls doing dirty dances at work.......Most clubs have rules, the rules are there to be followed to make it fair for everybody since we are all in the club to make a living and we all pay the same house fee and whatever other tip outs we have. To do dirty dances in order to make more $ is NOT OK. Not every girl is ok with having their vagina touched, boobs grabbed or sucked on. If that is not allowed, DON'T do it! Then the guys will expect it from all the girls.
It should be enough that beautiful girls go on a stage and perform/dance topless or naked and also offer lap dances topless or naked very close to you, there's no need for that extra stuff.
Men will buy a dance anyways, I don't do anything extra and somehow still manage to make money. Please realize that by giving hand jobs, bj's, getting your vagina examined, giving over the pants hummers, making out (I have seen all that in the last six months or so) you are destroying this line of work for everybody, including yourself. Have some respect for yourself! Remember, it's a strip club, not a brothel. What girls choose to do OUTSIDE of the club doesn't concern me. If they want to have sex with men they meet at the club (hey, it happens) I guess "good" for them and I hope they are doing it safely. Not my cup of tea though."

ME AGAIN......."Well.....for ME hustle has a negative ring to it, therefore I gave MY perspective on it, not thinking that everybody has to agree. I have seen enough examples of girls talking about their "hustle" when it in fact IMO has been pure scamming or thievery. NOTE, I am not saying all dancers do this. I don't hustle, I work. Everybody is different but we all want to be treated well......
Just an example......I worked with a girl last year that made the most dances EVERY night, and topped all of us by the amount of dances made. Was she amazingly gorgeous? Fun? Not really. Well, after a while the truth came out, she under charged and made deals (we suspected this) and met many men for dates (sex), promised sex after work etc etc. I guess that was her "hustle". She made lots of money yes but that is not how I operate."
