Today's Wordle

I am excited over today's Wordle outcome. I got "impressive" after I solved it! Yeay! New one tomorrow.

It is mid afternoon and me and the girls are still in bed. There will be a walk in a bit, it is sunny and nice outside and later on at 9 pm I need to work. Pet Pack tomorrow, I have not participated with them since December, I took a break from that and worked on Sundays instead.

Wordle

My new thing to do, Wordle! How does Tati spend a Friday night? Getting excited over Wordle. I recently found out about this, I am sure it's been around for a while but you can't always be in the know of everything right away. Anyhow.....it took me a couple of attempts of Wordle to solve it and today I managed to do it on the fourth row, my best so far. Tomorrow I can try again, since there is only Wordle per day. Try it yourself, it is fun.

Now it is time to catch up on news.....everything from the latest in Ukraine to the latest here in Portland with some gossip in between. Then sleep. I loooooove sleeping.

Turkey Tail

So Paul Stamets, a mycologist and somebody that goes to Burning Man.....and owner of Fungi Perfecti, sells these mushroom supplements. I am mostly interested in extracts from a mushroom called Turkey Tail. Read up on the benefits of the Turkey Tail mushroom. And it is safe to give to dogs. Of course do NOT give your dog raw mushrooms, get a safe and approved extract, do not give more than the recommended dose and talk to a veterinarian if you are unsure or do enough research on your own to get educated on the subject.
If you have never heard of Paul Stamets before, look him up.
And look up the benefits of Turkey Tail mushroom extract.
Since years now I have heard of microdosing psilocybin. And I know people that do that. There is a method to microdosing, do your research! Don't just start gobbling down psilocybin. Not a good idea. Respect the sacred mushrooms. Paul Stamets has a method to microdosing called the Stack Method but there are other methods as well.
I believe that the cure for everything is provided for us in the wonderful world of nature.

Plant Based

I live close to a food cart place called The French Quarter and lucky for me they are several meal options there that I like.
Mexican, Indian, Thai, a place with only desserts and a plant based cart called The Food Wagon.
I usually pick up something from there once a week. The other day I had a plant based burger and it was DELICIOUS. Seek out new culinary experiences and try plant based!
I so do NOT miss eating meat. My lattes and London Fog's I have with oat milk.
Yummy! I am already looking forward to my next burger from there.
I look forward to my meals and get super excited over food. Food is one of life's great pleasures.

Today was a day I had been looking forward to, it was a day for some tea time with friends. I love having afternoon tea. We went to The Clockwork Rose Tea Emporium (my second visit so far). Time flies by when you enjoy yourself.....we were there for a little over 3 hours.
Table ready!

I had Earl Grey tea (as usual).

Scones with clotted cream, jam and lemon curd.

Pretty teapots.

I ate alllllll my food.

Eat Me (that is what is says on my necklace).

We had a great time.

Moon Boots

Moon Boots are the trend du jour currently. A lot of the current It-models and celebs are doing photoshoots wearing them. And back in early 2000s they had a moment as well, a moment that is back now.
Of course I have Moon Boots! And of course I wore them for a photoshoot, out by Lake Mead outside Las Vegas in 2007 and Barry was the photographer. I still have those Moon Boots, I got them in Denver and I wore them to Together As One years ago.
Memories.....I am looking through CDs with old pictures this evening. Here I am in my Moon Boots. I thought they were SO cool and SO cute back then and they still are!
