Welcome to Chaos !!

Alright......so here is what I brought with me from New York......The shopping where I live in Kenai (Alaska) is geared more towards men and women into camo outfits and not girly girls like me that like pink, glitter and clothes from Diesel.
So let's start with Diesel, one of my fave stores and it has been for years.......
Leather pants. These are very thin and soft. I used to have leather pants but a while back I got burglarized and those pants plus more than half of whatever else I owned disappeared. So now I have leather pants again! Yeay! They will look really good with some heels. Nothing like some long legs clad in heels and skinny pants.



Black turtle neck from Diesel. I used to have a grey one from Diesel but it is worn out by now and I have retired it. So I needed a new one.



SUPER cute leggings and leg warmers from Aldo.



Pink and purple fingerless gloves from Henri Bendel, suede with fake fur. And some maroon fingerless gloves from Aldo.

Make up. In case you want to buy the same I will tell you what everything is. Diorshow Black Out mascara, I haven't tried it yet. MAC lipstick Creme Cup . MAC lipgloss Oyster Girl . MAC Vanilla eye shadow, a great base color. bareMinerals luminizer for your face, The Shining Moment .
A gold eyeliner or pigment from LUSH. A lipgloss from Victoria's Secret. I don't like it at all, MAC lipglosses are so much better! Rosebud salve, I use it on my lips, also on my lashes for conditioning and sometimes eye brows to keep them in place.



Skin care. I love L'Occitane so I stocked up on the Immortelle Precious cream for day and night. L'Occitane came out with a new serum from the same line that I couldn't resist. And some shimmering body oil, very pretty with a nice subtle scent, Fleurs Marveilleuses . Shea butter hand cream from L'Occitane. Also a face mist that I absolute love by Caudalie, I have tried so many different face mists, I am a beauty product junkie and this one is my absolute fave, it feels very herby and refreshing and it is 100 % natural. A solid perfume from LUSH, Tuca Tuca .
You can put it in your hair so your hair smells yummy because it is a solid stick perfume and the first ingredient is jojoba oil. And if you want your girlfriend to smell like Tatiana or if you are a girl that wants to smell like me......I get a lot of compliments at work that I smell soooooo good and that my skin is soft from BOTH men and women, then here is what you need to get, Viva La Juicy perfume by Juicy Couture. Everybody likes the smell of Juicy!



Soft skin? Scrub yourself in the shower once a week and slather on lotion. I usually use Lubriderm unscented lotion and St Ives shower creme and some scrubbing gloves. But once in a while I get nicer shower creams and lotions. Like this almond oil shower creme from L'Occitane. And vanilla body lotion. I like vanilla. And some body butter from The Body Shop, White Musk Libertine . To treat my hair, some hair oil from Alterna that is called Kendi Oil , it contains bamboo. And just for fun, gold dusting body powder from LUSH called Lustre .



And some souvenir mugs with a New York motif from Starbucks. And there you have it!

How did you spend the first day of the new year? Mine was similar to many of my other day-to-day days. Errands, latte, walk Chhaya.......do things around the house, there are always things to do around the house, a movie and a late night bowl of ice cream and a book. This is not my first book by Mitch Albom, he is a great writer. His books make me feel and think. If you like to read you should check out some of his books. Since I am a night owl I will probably be up until about 3 am and then curl up with Chhaya and go to sleep. The first day of 2013 came and went.......just like that.

Well........2013 is HERE - a new year! A clean slate, a new start but still your same life continuing. Only YOU can change YOUR life! Do I have any New Years resolutions? YES! I am going to start chain smoking and do lots of drugs. Drinking is for lightweights. 2013 is going to be a FUN year! Party time! I am entering the new year with anticipation and happiness inside of me. No, I really don't have any resolutions besides a bunch of thoughts about being a better person, make a positive difference for either one or many persons, the environment, animals........etc. Have more fun. Dance (at raves, I am not referring to work now). Take better care of my skin and work out, you know I am still shallow after all!
I am at home, did not go out. No rave for me this New Years, Together As One got cancelled anyways. And the local bars didn't seem too appealing. Chhaya got all my New Years kisses, she barely looked at me, she was so tired from chasing fireworks. See Chhaya is not scared of fireworks, she loves them, she wants to eat them, attack them and runs around and barks like crazy when it's firework time. Or "boom booms" like I call it, that gets her attention. Ok, I have a new book to read, might start it tonight The Time Keeper by Mitch Albom. Or I might take a bath.....start the New Year nice and clean!

I want to wish everybody that reads my blog a very Happy New Year! Try to make it a good one full of positive and happy stuff. I wish you all the best. Several hundred people read my blog every day (there has been days of several thousands), I only know a handful of you and who the other are is a mystery. Very few have something to say, in form of comments but that's ok. I also read blogs, about ten or so and I rarely leave a comment, so I understand. But I want to thank you for reading, I hope you enjoy reading about my everyday life........and whatever else I write about.



Photographer Eye On Alaska

Well, I was following the story of the 23 year old girl that had the misfortune to step on a bus with six savages and got brutally raped by them for hours. I was hoping she would make it but she recently died from her injuries. No words, really. I don't know how another person can inflict such horror on another. I can't even grasp my head around it. I feel so bad for this girl and her family that are left with the memories of her and the knowledge of the event that led to her passing. Terrible! No man rapes a woman, ever. Strange that you never hear of groups of women attacking men on the street and raping them for hours. It is SO disgusting. I have always wanted to go to India, seems like a fascinating place and I love Indian food. But I have to say that after hearing about this and so many other incidents like this one, that women frequently get bothered and raped by men there and not much is done about it.......well I have no more desire to go to India. To me, it is a real shame that a country does so little to protect women from savages that roam around in society. I could never go there and perhaps witness something like that or subject myself to some twisted man hurting me. I feel so bad for this girl, she is in my thoughts........

We had a birthday celebration for MEEEEEEEE at work last night. How nice! There were pink & purple balloons, red velvet cupcakes and a cake with my name on written on it. Diann made it all. Thank you Diann! ❤
So this is what I looked like when I arrived at work. That is my new Burberry jacket, I just started wearing it and it is very comfortable, I love it........





About ten minutes after arriving at work I looked like this. It's amazing sometimes, the transformation. I have watched girls arrive at work that look like nothing special, then they put on some small/cute/skimpy/sexy outfit, some heels, lip gloss, fix their hair and voilà! That is one of my latest bras from Victoria's Secret and my most expensive bra so far.......it's shimmers nicely under the blacklight.



I ate way too many cupcakes......but they were soooooo good! I conked out on the couch and felt tired, fat and slightly dizzy. The gym is awaiting me.
I love red velvet cupcakes. And then I had birthday cake too of course. As you can see, Tatiana ❤ cupcakes.

And here I am around 4 am, I was tired by then and so ready to go home and fall into bed. I had a great late birthday celebration at work! 🙂
