What better way to spend a Sunday than shopping? Although I had to warm up first with some hot Earl Grey tea at Argo Tea and an apple tart. It's cold outside and raining, a fine misty rain. I did not dress warm enough today, maybe I'll find some cute new jeans. But I am wearing more than this girl that I saw the other day, the bad pic I took does not do her justice. Her butt was hanging out of the shorts and she had a sexy band aid on her upper thigh. The tank top she wore barely covered her bra. Very interesting......people watching is so much fun!

So I have to share something funny that I read on an online forum where dancers discuss things amongst themselves. And you just love reading about the stripping, right? They were talking about that famous stripper smell. Most of them agreed that dancers smell like a mix of vanilla and feet. Many dancers favor the scent of vanilla that they use in abundance in either a nice perfume, a body spray or some lotion. I like the way vanilla smells too. When I first started dancing I used a fragrance from Victorias's Secret that smelled like pear. The feet smell is when our stripper shoes become old and worn and our feet get sweaty from a long night of dancing and the sweat penetrates the cushiony material in the stripper shoe. I try to keep that smell at bay and the shoes clean by spraying the insides of them with either Clorox or Lysol spray after a shift at work. Then of course, some dancers have questionable hygiene in general and should not be working in a strip club at all. BLEH.
Other opinions about what we smell like were that it is a mix of sweat, money, baby wipes, brass, cheap perfumes, lotion, body spray, cigarettes, beer and booze. This one was especially funny and I am going to directly quote the girl while leaving her anonymous, "Not to long ago some guys I ran into at a bar had just left the club and I had over heard their conversation about the dancers and how they had the best smelling ass holes. And of course they were in awe as to how they kept them smelling so fresh lol. I think they referred to them as the unicorns of butt holes??? Little did they know....."

Now that I have a new fun phone with interesting settings I can take even more SELFIES à la Amanda Bynes to either entertain or bore you with to the point of vomiting.

I already managed to use up my data limit on my phone plan in one week. The rep at AT&T did not explain certain important things to me. Like that I have to change the setting to WIFI when I am at Starbucks for example so I can get the Starbucks WIFI instead of using up my own data or that the navigation tool takes up data too. I asked him about the navigation and he said it was free. To me free means no data. Whatever. Of course I am going to call AT&T and have them give me a credit. I mean HELLO how was I supposed to know this??? I know now.
Besides that I walked about 20 min to Starbucks today and on my way there my pretty blue Havaiana flip flop with rhinestones broke to the point of no repair. So I had to walk barefoot. Not so much fun. Lucky for me I was close to a store called Discovery and bought a pair of cheap sandals for $ 5. Not barefoot anymore.....!
So last month (May) I had over 50 000 visitors on my blog. I used to think that 30 000/month would be cool. It is kind of weird when I really start thinking about all these people that I don't even know who they are, reading my blog. It is a little overwhelming, especially since I don't always know what I am going to write about that can be both interesting and entertaining or more on the serious side. Am I one of those bloggers now? Or still just some "dirty, nasty, whore" stripper? Especially I want to thank you the people that bother with commenting.....like Annette (that I have never met before) and Paul. Thank You for taking that extra time out of your busy schedules, the comments give me that extra push. And an extra big Thank You to my friend KISA in Germany that has updated my server and fixed bugs and problems with the blog. I don't know what I would do without him. And he does all of this out without wanting anything in return and I have never met him either! It makes me so very happy and touched to tears that people like him exist. I am a person that often goes that extra mile for others without wanting anything in return because it is just NICE to do things for others. And many times all I get is negativity in return. But that is life......

Today I am out wandering around the city on my own. But first me and Angelica had some Polish food for lunch. Polish food = lots of dough, cabbage, sauerkraut, potatoes or soup.
I love it though.....



Then I took the CTA and exited Washington. The CTA smells like Stockholm's "pendeltåg" so I had some good feeling flashbacks.



Now I am relaxing with an Earl Grey Vanilla Creme at Argo Tea. I am trying almond milk instead of regular cow milk, not bad at all. I want to become more aware of the amount of animal products I eat.......



New product. Josie Maran Argan Oil. I am going to use it on my face and see how well it moisturizes.



Ok.....it is time for some more wandering around and shopping. It's warm and humid out and I love it!

Went for a stroll by the water on Lake Shore Drive or LSD as the locals here supposedly call it. I am going to miss Chicago when I leave.......







Shared a HUGE creme brulee at Hugo's Frog Bar. Early evening yesterday. I ❤ Chicago.

I have never seen a lake as HUGE as Lake Michigan. I can't believe it is a lake! Went on an architectural tour of the city by boat. It was very nice, perfect weather, beautiful water.
After that some walking around the city and onto the pier. I think that I have a new fave city.......Chicago. It used to be New York City, I love that place but Chicago seems nicer.









Also a new fave place for tea. Argo tea, very yummy!







At night we went to King Spa. Open 24 hours, so we didn't get there until 11. We got some scrubbing gloves and got clean from head to toe. I love places like this and King Spa was very nice I have to say. The amethyst room is amazing. In fact all the different rooms were. I tried to take pictures but cameras are not allowed and the pics I did sneak in turned out too dark because I turned off the flash. They even had a room for VAGINE "facials", I wrote a blog about that a while back. You sit on a toilet looking chair while your neither parts get a steam bath with different herbs, the main one wormwood. I really wanted to sit in one of those chairs for a pic but the mean Korean spa attendant would had probably spanked me.
