Vote

Look at this BEAUTIFUL American pitbull!
I am curious to see what the voter turnout will be in this election after this is all said and done, which is TODAY November 8! Over 60% voter turnout.....or less?
I am amazed that so many Americans don't vote.......complaining and talking shit comes easy but shlepping your ass to vote is a different story. Pathetic.
No matter who wins, because let's be realistic, the three other candidates on the ballot don't stand much of a chance, be grateful that you still have the right to vote! I think it is safe to say that a lot of people don't even KNOW that there are three other candidates on the ballot and an option for "None of These Candidates". America is a democracy (on paper at least) and people have the RIGHT to their opinion, whether you support Trump, Hillary or somebody else. I do not get offended whatsoever by people's political choices. Therefore I think it is highly amusing when some get so angry if you do not agree with them politically.
Really now.....calm down OK. Have an intelligent conversation and discuss instead of getting angry.
I get upset when the individual does something to harm another innocent person or animal. Stuff like that bothers me, that makes me angry. Blatant injustices upset me. I feel strongly about some issues. Mostly involving children, animals, the environment, ISIS and other terrorist organizations and painfully dumb people in society in general. You are voting for Hillary? OK.....good for you. You are voting for Trump? OK.....good for you. I would personally prefer Trump over Hillary and now you know that, I don't care if you don't agree or whatever else you think about me. Oh well. You have your opinion, I have mine.

Sunday Evening Reflections

It is getting late here Sunday evening, many of you are probably getting ready to go to bed or are already sleeping, preparing for an early rise tomorrow to start a new work week. I am working too, at the cafe but not until 12 30 pm tomorrow so I can sleep in and cuddle with Chhaya. Right now I am comfortable on the couch, watching BBC World News and want to share my Sunday evening reflections with you.
First of all, imagine working for BBC......dream job! They have a digital journalist apprenticeship in the UK that is a 22 month long that seems amazing! I wish I could do that!
So the US of A presidential election is in a few days, it will all be over soon.
Until next time that is.....2020.

The latest in the soap opera in case you have missed an episode.....Hillary got cleared by the FBI again for more e mails, around 650 000 e mails this time (damn she emails a lot!) and a woman that claims Trump raped her back in 1994 when she was 13 at some "party" dropped her lawsuit. Ehhhhhh........what?
"Both witnesses say they worked as “party planners” for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who paid them to “attract adolescent women” to events he hosted at the Wexner Mansion in New York." Note here that Epstein has been convicted for soliciting girls under the age of 18 for "massage services" and prostitution and served time in prison. He is/was a friend of Trump and ALSO Bill and Hillary.
The other day I watched the Anthony Weiner documentary called Weiner and WOW......I can't believe that him and Huma agreed to being filmed like that.
You get to watch Weiner's life come undone and part of me almost felt sorry for him (because I am way too kind in general, many have told me so). To give up all of what he had going for him privately and professionally for his sexual urges.....what a waste! And that horse faced Sydney Leathers and with that permanent stupid look on her face, her mannerism and career in making porn after getting "famous" for sexting with Weiner? Just BARF. Is there any married/committed man out there that cheats on his significant other with somebody BETTER than their significant other or do they all choose TRASH?
From what I have seen they all downgrade and often by a lot. Who wants a Sydney Leathers when you have a wife that is intelligent, poised and elegant? Men are stupid, Weiner is just another example of that fact.
In this election there is talk about voting for the lesser of two evils. Well HELLO, do NOT vote for Trump or Hillary if you think they are so evil. There are three other candidates on the ballot and a fourth option as well. You are not going to be able to voice your disapproval by voting for a candidate you consider is evil. If you want change then do something about it.
I am also very surprised that on average 60% of eligible voters in US vote in the presidential elections. Are you just that stereotypical lazy and dumb American or do you just not care? Too busy to vote perhaps? Anyhow, if you do not vote then please keep your mouth shut and don't complain about anything.
And if Trump or Hillary would be the only two choices my vote would go to Trump, now you know where I stand on that. Trump for me.
There is something that doesn't feel honest about Hillary and Bill and their foundation. FOLLOW the money and do your own research, I have. Yes, Hillary has vast experience and education and I am impressed by her but she SHOULD have experience after all the years spent in Washington. Trump is rougher around the edges, he blurts stuff out, he is emotional but I think that is OK, he does not possess Hillary's experience but I am comfortable with that. I do not agree with everything he stands for, for example I am PRO choice and I don't think building a wall is doable either but I DO think you do need to screen who comes into a country. Other countries do, with some exceptions and look at what's going on in Germany. Unfortunately money talks and I feel that this election is controlled by money.....and people are getting paid off and bribed.
That Trump talked about grabbing women by the pussy does not bother me whatsoever, there are bigger problems to tackle. Trust me would some sorry guy try to grab me by the pussy he would regret that move. It happened to me once in New York City out and about in public. Some weirdo tried to do just that, after my initial SHOCK me and Shelley hunted that fucker down and beat him up. He got treated like the pathetic little bitch he was.

Enough of my Sunday evening reflections for now......GOODNIGHT! ;-)

My Halloween

I had the WILDEST Halloween ever! I fell asleep the night I had plans to go out with friends.....that was Sunday the 30th of October. I just got more and more sleepy and I laid down in bed with Chhaya and it felt so cozy and good that I didn't want to get up when my friends were like......helloooooo are you going out? But I guess I did not miss out on a lot because the club they ended up going to was just OK and very few people had dressed up. And the actual night of Halloween I wanted to listen to ghost stories on Coast to Coast AM, which I did, in the car with a bag of potato chips, an iced tea and Chhaya. Party time! Then I went inside and read ghost stories online. That was my Halloween. EXCITING huh? Back in the day Halloween meant Monster Massive at the Sports Arena in Los Angeles, nothing could keep me away from that which was my fave rave of the year. Well, Reza doesn't throw Monster Massive anymore. I don't go to raves anymore either because they are not the same, now I like Burning Man. I don't like the Vegas club scene (it is LAME), I am not a bar person because I don't drink (I might sip on one beer or one drink at the most) and don't want a hoard of drunk guys trying to talk to me and be annoying in general, the only club that I really would love to go to is Berghain in Berlin, Germany. That is my kind of place. I would say Fabric in London too but it closed down, I went to Fabric a few times over a decade ago now and it was a good. So no dressing up for me this year, my outfit is hanging in the closet and I might wear it next year or something else. This is what I dressed Chhaya in for about ten minutes and then she was like.....STOP this nonsense, so I did. Look how cute she is!

Job

So a while ago I applied for a job at a very nice cafe here in Vegas. I saw an ad posted for a barista and cash register person and I decided to apply for that position on impulse. The following day I went to the cafe in person and sat down for a few minutes with the manager. We talked, I answered questions about myself and she asked me to return in a few days to meet with her and the owner, so I did. Same thing, perhaps a five minutes meeting and they asked me if I could come in and do a trial day. Of course I could and that trial day resulted in me getting a job at the cafe. In fact, I got an email from the manage after my trial day that said, "Thank you for today! I really enjoyed working with you. We are all very excited to welcome you to our team!! We are all so happy we found you!!"
That is so nice to hear that from somebody I just met.....! ;-) There were over 100 applicants for this position and they picked me.
Anyhow, I have been working there for a while now and it is lots of fun. I work with all women. I make espresso drinks, take orders, work the cash register, bring out the coffee, pastries and food to the guests and keep the espresso machine clean and going plus I pick up some other small things here and there as the day goes by so things run smoothly for all of us working. I also sing along to the music we play and dance around, I am very comfortable there. The cafe is located in a nice area and everybody that comes in is rather professional and polite. We have a chef (Gabi) and she makes delicious pastries that I love - cupcakes, croissants, macaroons and she also makes crepes. YUMMY! I make a morning vanilla latte to myself when I go in. That is why I got those flat shoes (the Bob's), for the cafe job.
Here are some pics from the place and I am not going to tell you the name of it, because from experience of having this blog, I have been subjected to some rather mean people in the past that wanted to destroy stuff for me. So I do not need some hateful weirdo calling the cafe or anything like that. I have enough of questionable people reading the blog, that is enough for me. Plus all my friendly and supportive readers of course. In the end I appreciate all my readers, even the ones that are here for strange reasons......must feel shitty inside to dislike a person you don't even know. I am glad I am not you.

Bonnie Screams

Last night I dragged my pregnant friend Shelley with me to Bonnie Screams to go to haunted houses. If you have been reading my blog for a while you might remember that I LOVE Halloween, haunted houses and everything scary and fun like that. I get super scared in haunted houses, scream on top of my lungs and run away from the monsters, evil clowns, zombies and freaks with chain saws......my heart beating fast and a feelings of fun and adrenaline rushing through my whole body.
I had high hopes for Bonnie Screams, which the rest of the year is called Bonnie Springs and is out by Red Rock, a perfect spooky mountain location.
Well, there was a "spooky" trail with nothing scary going on and then four haunted houses that were rather empty and the staff working did not seem overly enthusiastic whatsoever into acting scary. Had that been me I would had chased people around like a freak, screaming and frothing at the mouth with my eyes bulging out. I was so disappointed with Bonnie Screams (sorry Bonnie Screams) and Shelley was too.
I mean, I did scream a little and ran a bit but NOTHING what I had hoped to do. Worst haunted house experience I've ever been to so far. Last year I went to some great haunted houses here in Vegas and screamed non stop. Do you remember baby? ♥ I know you do......
Here are some pics from last night.

Well Halloween is around the corner and I have a costume hanging in the closet and an idea in my head. Last year I was a......sexy super heroine of some sort.
So irresistible I guess that a rather famous rockstar came up to me and gave me his number (no I did not call him).
And the year before I was Lara Croft. Even I have to admit that I slayed it that night. Sharon told me that people STILL talk about what a great Lara Croft I was. I LOVE Lara Croft so I take that as a great compliment.
I will see what I will be able throw together this year......here is a hint.

Hair Stuff

I got some new hair stuff. First let's talk about these black currant oil vitamins. I am so bad at taking vitamins, I have every intention of taking a daily vitamin or two and start every morning off gulping down a large glass of warm water with fresh squeezed organic lemon added to it and then of course drink at least one liter of water throughout the day......but those are just thoughts that swirl around in my head. I do manage to swallow a few of these vitamins weekly (like two or three).
So supposedly the black currant oil is good for your hair, it helps against hair loss.
I still think that I lose too much hair. I don't know if the vitamins have made any difference or not, I should probably take a capsule a day for at least three months to see any results.

And a new shampoo and some sort of conditioner/masque Awapuhi Wild Ginger by Paul Mitchell. I like Paul Mitchell products because they are not tested on animals. I have not tried these two products yet but I read some nice reviews about them. What I really want is to try the Olaplex treatment, preferably at home. But I think I should probably go to a salon and have it done by a professional the first time.
Speaking of hair treatments, the most luxurious hair treatment I gave ever received was at a place called George Michael of Beverly Hills. They offer an in salon hair conditioning treatment called the "George Michael professional treatment" and it really is amazing. I should do that again!
