So it's raining out.....
Tatiana took Chhaya out for the 2 mile run. It was nice because the rain was like a light shower on the face, felt nice.
Rose-Marie called today and told Tatiana that she runs with weights on her arms, good arm work out, she told Tatiana to do the same. Maybe......
Tatiana is still running her 2 miles more or less, Rose-Marie on the other hand is putting away 5 every other day, wow!!!

    Hey pretty one! Actually it's 6,2 mile 8-). I added a new app on my IPhone and it's tracking me through a satelite and it gives me the time, map, calories and the distance etc. It's great! By the way; I didn't know that Chaaya could smile that big! Great photo!

    6.2 miles? That's crazy! I do not know how you have energy for that, wow, good for you!
