Harvest Moon

Welcome to Chaos !!

Harvest Moon

October's full moon which is called the Harvest Moon is the first "supermoon" of the year, first out of three. The next two are in November and December. Two more full moons and then 2025 is over. I love watching the moon rise. So today I drove across the Megler Bridge to the WA side to watch the full moon. Such beauty. But I missed out on the moon peeking up from behind the mountains because I did not pay enough attention and I was parked in the wrong spot. Lesson learned for next time.
My camera (cell phone) is far from good so these pictures of the Harvest Moon will not end up amongst the chosen photos of October's supermoon at Associated Press. But whatever.......good enough for me.

I was actually going to attend a "spirit seance" this evening. A first for me. Well unless you don't count the times I played the Ouija board which is too a spirit seance in ways. And I will not do that again.
I arrived at the loaction of the seance and was informed that the medium had to cancel tonight and that the seance will happen at some point in the future. It was OK with me. It can wait. Maybe until next month's full moon? I went home and walked Kaya instead. Under the light of the full moon.
And before I go......today, two years ago on October 7 hundreds of innocent people got violated in horrific ways at the Nova music festival in Israel. I have always been strongly against Hamas and other terrorist groups that commit destruction in the name of a God they so fiercly supposedly believe in. I feel really bad for all the victims of the Nova music festival that were spending time dancing and enjoying life, not harming anyone and I hope for the release of the hostages that are still alive (if they are any). In my opinion Hamas should be destroyed. No more Hamas. I am not saying that Palestinians should be going down with Hamas. I am not talking about Gaza either. I am talking about the Nova music festival victims here and Hamas.
October 7th 2023 was a terrible day.
