At night I wear bra's from Victoria's Secret and cute boy short style panties by Honey Dew (if I'm working) at home it's usually a soft tank top and pajama pants. In the daytime during the summer I dig out my Havaianas and live in them until it gets too cold to wear flip flops. Well, I don't know what's going on but for the last year or so I had so many of my Havaianas break on me......they just keep breaking. What is going on?
Yesterday this dark purple pair broke when I was out walking Chhaya, so I kept on walking with one bare foot.
I'm glad they didn't break while I was walking around in Stockholm. I think I had five pairs break since last spring. Really now? Not OK. Is the quality of the Havaianas flip flop going downhill? I've been wearing them for years and it just now started happening, that they are breaking. I actually found a cute pair in Stockholm, gray and silver. I will show you next week after I get my pedicure.
Speaking of foot attire. I left these old and worn sneakers belonging to me by a soup kitchen in Anchorage when I was there. They are old but still usable and comfortable, maybe somebody that needs a pair of shoes can wear them for the summer. And if not, oh well.
Ugh.....I miss my Mom and my brother today. I'm sitting here and thinking about them.
I'm never far from tears when I think about and miss the people I care for. But besides feeling slightly emotional I feel great. Time to go and get stuff done!

I would write the company and complain, I'm sure they are using inferior rubber or something, cutting corners to save a few bucks. It might not change their stupid business practices, but maybe you'll get some free sandals out of it.

One time I contacted my garbage can company because the foot pedal broke, now this is a $100 garbage can! They sent me another foot pedal for free, and dyson sent me parts for free too!
