"I can do anything" feeling. But I'm not going to bore you with my running stories anymore, I will probably run a few times a week through the summer, because I actually do enjoy it but I am not training to become the next Annie Thorisdottir or anything like that. And if you see me in real life, don't expect some buff, zero body fat person with a six pack because I don't diet whatsoever, I love sweets and I eat food and lots of it too. No diet pills and stuff like that for me though . I run and exercise mainly because I like the way it makes me feel (strong, happy, alive) and it is good for you too. I'd much rather go running, swimming or hiking than get drunk and wake up with a hangover. And I also spend plenty of lazy time doing nothing besides reading, writing, laying around and savoring such delicious things as ice cream and pastries. I guess the running might keep some of the ice cream calories at bay. And that's good too.
The setting sun was just gorgeous last night so I just had to take a pic, this was right before 10....it has been so nice here the last couple of days!
