Plowed Through
The last three days I have been feeling slightly handicapped. I've had limited mobility in my neck and it also kind of hurt. Not sure why but I think it's linked to a small cold that I also had at the same time.....nose and throat. I mean I could not lean my head back or turn it to the side yesterday, super stiff. But today I feel much better and I think that I should be fully recovered in a few days. I started my day with a 20 min run in the park today and now I am sitting at Sambalatte. Then I have to do some errands and just go on with my day.
So last night I had to get something new to read. I've been itching for a new book and was curios about The Girl On The Train by Paula Hawkins. So I plowed through it last night and this morning, it was good but now I want to read some Swedish crime novels......something by Lars Kepler I think. Somebody gifted me an Amazon gift card recently (THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!! HUGS!!!!) and I will put that to use. I love to read, best quality time spent there is.

I saw the 50 Shades Of Grey trilogy laying out at Barnes & Noble last night. Somebody asked me if I had read those books. No and I have no interest in doing so either. Well, actually I skimmed through the first book one rainy afternoon in NYC when I ran into a bookstore to take cover from the rain. The first book had just came out and I wanted to see what all the talk was about. I think I spent 30 -45 minutes looking through it. I was not impressed whatsoever with the story and the language. And I'm not going to see the movie either.
On the other hand, I am going to go and watch Chappie on the big screen. Yolandi Visser (aka Yo-Landi Vi$$er) and Ninja from Die Antwoord are in it and I love Yolandi and I like Die Antwoord, so therefore I have to see Chappie.
