Say what you want about Paris Hilton but if there is one person I would like to change lives with it's her. She is economically totally independent, travels the world, loves animals and she is having my kind of fun. She supposedly went to 100 raves last year, I know she went to EDC this year and last and she was dressed really cute, totally my taste cute for a rave and she just DJ'd in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Sure all the other DJs totally slammed her but that's not the point here, Paris is having FUN and I would love to trade places with her. Besides, many DJs love to judge other DJs and talk about each other - I've been around enough of them to know this. And guess what, my headphones would be bedazzled too, I would either have some super KAWAII Hello Kitty headphones covered in pink and white rhinestones or I would have my Pioneers blinged out.
I love that she played Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye. I love that song, though Paris is playing a dance mix of course. First time I heard it was back in April at Pacha in NYC.
And whether her set was prerecorded or not I do not know, neither am I going to elaborate on that now.
I have Technics 1200's myself, turntables that is. Most DJs that have been around a while will tell you that it is more difficult to master the art of beat matching on some turntables with vinyl records than on a MAC synced up to some mixing software.

Speaking of EDC........here I am at four different EDC parties ranging from 2001 - 2012.
Always FAB! I have more EDC pics from other parties I attended but those are stored in my albums that I have at my place in Vegas.
I still have those Diesel flower pants, almost wore them again to this years EDC.......

Since I have been feeling like a slug and eating like a pig the last few days I decided to work up a sweat right before midnight and went for a run. It was one of the best runs ever, I had so much energy. It's funny because there are times when I go for the same run (jog) in the afternoon and it feels so much more difficult. But I am a night person, I think that my peak hours are like between 10 PM - 2 AM.
I left Chhaya by the fire while I went running, we had a nice walk right before. She too ran around all over the place.



As you can see, it is still light out at 11 20 PM when I took this pic. I love the light summer nights.
Now I am sipping on some tea. Thinking about maybe waxing my legs before I take a bath. I feel great, had a really nice, relaxing evening. Much needed.

I have to admit that I have been at home since Wednesday, besides going on that trip to Seward. Having my period is a good excuse for me to not go to work. Besides, my stomach cramped so badly yesterday that I had to take a pill for the pain and it's been a while since I had to do that.
After some contemplating I decided to stay at home tonight too. Lexi told me that I have not been missing much, lots of girls and lame.
So, I have been at home enjoying the rain and a few nice evenings at home. Made a fire last night, stayed up late with Chhaya.
Might go for a run this evening, then take a long hot bath.
So if you have missed your favorite long legged long haired beast Tatiana at the club, sorry I am taking a few nights off. Try again next week!

The other day while applying some MAC eyeshadow, in the shade "Vanilla" to be precise, I was also watching America's Got Talent.
A very funny guy named Horse came on. His talent is that he gets kicked in the balls. Or have heavy objects dropped or slammed into his crotch area. While also using all kinds of fun props. I think he is highly entertaining and hope that he gets far in the show, I'd rather see him win than a boring singer. People that sing should go on American Idol or some other singing competition.
Anyhow, watching Horse made me remember when a guy came into the club wanting to get kicked in the balls. You might think that I jumped at the opportunity but I did not. I will gladly kick somebody in the balls if they truly deserve it but to hurt somebody that has not done anything to anger me.....no, so I declined. He politely asked every girl in the club, all turned down his request until one finally agreed to do it for $ 100.
So they disappeared into the room where we do dances and came out about 15 minutes later, she $ 100 richer and he a happy man (I assume).
Yes, it takes us about 15 minutes to make $ 100. Sometimes more if we get tipped on top of the $ 100 (three songs about 5 minutes each).
And then there are times when I make $ 100 or more in about 10 minutes, when I go on the stage for two songs. That does not happen every time I go on stage though. But anyways......back to the story.
A while later Mr Balls came up to me again and asked if he could show me something on his phone. Of course! He showed me some videos of him getting kicked in between his legs in various positions, standing up, sitting down, from behind and one where he was holding himself up wheelbarrow style.
He was really into this torture, or in his case pleasure. And that's fine, I am really not judging him. There are worse things you can be into, like pedophilia or zoophilia. I thought all of this was quite entertaining and we all had a good laugh because of Mr Balls.

Spending this evening at home with Chhaya. I just fed her a large bowl of food and she is laying next to me on the couch, curled up and snoozing.
I kept myself very occupied all day with errands, laundry and cleaning. I still need to put away all the laundry and I think I am going to force myself to vacuum before I go to sleep, so I don't have to do it tomorrow. I decided to get everything done at home instead of spending my evening at work. And I am kind of cranky too, bloated and on my period so it is probably good that I am taking a night off. I am definitely not in the mood to be chatty and smiling. But I will be tomorrow!
