Welcome to Chaos !!

I am home in Kenai again after a looooong but fun day in Anchorage. Right now I am in bed with dirty feet (dusty after a whole day in flip flops) watching Excused , it's that dating show hosted by Iliza. I love that girl, I wish I was friends with her, she is witty, quick and funny.
Just like me! And we make the same kroikey face. I have to show you my kroikey face sometime.
Speaking of friends, I met up with Kennedy again today, we took our babies for a walk.
She said she has missed my company, I replied, "likewise". I have missed her company too.
I also ate at Middleway Cafe, had the Playa Azul salad. I love that place, when I lived in Anchorage I would eat there often. I also took care of some necessary shopping. I will show you the latest stuff I got in a day or two. I think it is time for some ice cream now and a shower later.

I spent the day in Anchorage. I drove there to meet up with my friends Kennedy, Ireland and Natasha. We all used to work at the Bush Company together. It was so nice to catch up and have some quality girlfriend time! That is what I miss the most about living in Kenai, having a good friend to hang out with. We went to Sacks Cafe, I love that place, the food is really good. I had the huevos rancheros and the lemon pot de creme for dessert.



We got lost in catching up for hours. I suspect we had some eaves droppers at a few tables, our conversations tend to get rather interesting and juicy. I had a great day.....I didn't want it to end. I missed my friends.

In bed after a night at work. Tonight started out extremely slow, most of us sat around and complained for about two hours before anything happened. Well, I got to work a little before 10 pm so I sat at the couch and was bored, complained about how extremely bored I was to anybody willing to listen and talked to the other girls about work and different clubs. Then we finally got some people in there and things started happening (meaning I started to make money). I stayed until a little after 3 am. And I am in bed now, freshly showered and comfortable. I need to catch at least a few hours of sleep because I am driving to Anchorage today to meet up with a couple of girlfriends for lunch.
Tonight a girl came in that celebrated her birthday at the club a few months ago, I guess I must had left an impression on her that time (she got a dance). This time she was screaming my name really loud every time the dj said it......"Tatiaaaaaaanaaaaaa, Tatiiiiiaaaaanaaaaa!!!". Followed just as loudly by that she thinks I am the hottest girl in there and that I am an angry Russian. Which prompted Aaron, the dj for the evening to announce that I am Swedish.
What am I anyways? Swedish? Polish? I am a Swedish citizen but I was born in Poland.
My whole family on my Moms and Dads side are Polish but I moved to Sweden when I was about four. I was a very independent child, even at the tender age of four. One day I packed a suitcase and moved to Sweden because I wanted to meet Pippi Longstocking, my idol.
Or Pippi Långstrump as we call her in Sweden. LOL. Not quite like that actually. Sometimes I just say I am a global citizen. Well, I need to sleep now so I can be somewhat awake for the drive to Anchorage.......

I am sitting in the kitchen and polishing off a pint of ice cream and freezing at the same time. About to take Chhaya out for a walk and then I have to go to work. I feel basically the same way as I did last weekend about work, annoyed and over it. Last night we had more than the usual amount of drunk to the point of complete stupidity guys. All I did was rolled my eyes, looked the other way and ignored them. When they got too stupid and desperate I had Teresa, the waitress, remove them from my personal space. I really don't like when drunk people try to lean in too close to me.
What did I do today? Not too much, I am saving my energy for tonight. I did go to the gym though.



This is my latest drink obsession. Very tasty.

Happy Solstice everybody! I am having a grumpy kind of day, had to deal with some stressful things that give me slight anxiety. Also people that disappoint and other fun things like that. 😥
And after today the days will slowly get shorter until December 21 when it will turn around again. It's almost time to get ready for work and I would rather go to sleep. I am not in a happy kind of mood right now.

It's a little after 5 am and I am in bed ready to close my eyes and sleep. It is so nice out now in the early morning, it smells good and looks gorgeous. This is what it looked like a while ago close to my house......





I went to work and was ready to leave by 1 30 but had to stay until later.....it was booooooring but at least I looked good.
I had on my new pink bra, I really like it.

I am starving, maybe I should tip toe downstairs and see what the fridge has to offer before I go to sleep?
