I live close to a food cart place called The French Quarter and lucky for me they are several meal options there that I like.
Mexican, Indian, Thai, a place with only desserts and a plant based cart called The Food Wagon.
I usually pick up something from there once a week. The other day I had a plant based burger and it was DELICIOUS. Seek out new culinary experiences and try plant based!
I so do NOT miss eating meat. My lattes and London Fog's I have with oat milk.
Yummy! I am already looking forward to my next burger from there.
