Vegas VIP Girls

At the Crazy Horse Too (the one on Industrial that has been closed since a while now) there were sk VIP girls amongst the hundreds of girls working any given night of the week.
I was never a VIP girl, one thing they all had in common.....boobs, whether big fake ones or big natural ones. And I definitely can't "compete" in that department with my perky B cups.
One of the VIP girls was my good friend Sara and I also knew Alise.
Sara did not become a VIP girl until she had a boob job and even then Vinny, one of the bosses, told her he couldn't promise her anything.
You had to have a certain personality too. But more on that in a bit.
Sara was super cute with dark brown hair and a very nice bubble butt, she had a taste for athletes. She dated a famous NFL player for a while,
I will reveal his first name, Marshall.
Alise was very fit and pleasant with that Southern charm. She was blonde for a long time. When she went back to being brunette, her natural color, Vinny got annoyed and stopped using her as much. He preferred her as a blonde. Dying your hair blonde is a process, it takes time and money to keep up, and the peroxide is very damaging to the hair. Alise was always complimenting me on my hair, saying she envied me and that her hair was so fragile and didn't grow longer than just past her shoulders.
My friend Shelley definitely had the look for the VIP girl "status" but not the personality. Vinny asked her to entertain one of his friends one night.
Shelley chatted and danced a few songs for him, he was really grabby and when she told him to back off he was rude. She never got called back to entertain anyone else. And to me, Shelley was one of the best looking girls in the whole club, better than 9 out of 10 of the VIP girls.
Most of them were quite homely looking, even unattractive I thought. Looks did not have much to do with it, besides the boob part and a plus if you were blonde, it was more what you were willing to do and put up with. Bubbly personality was a plus.
Another one of my friends, Crystal, almost had the same experience as Shelley, besides that Crystal got fired for what she suspected was not being "friendly" enough with one of Vinny's cronies. He kept on telling her that he was Vinny's buddy and tried to touch her everywhere. She got angry and told him off. He went and told Vinny. And that was that. Bada bing bada boom.
The VIP girls rarely went on stage or walked around the club asking for dances. They just sat around one area of the bar, waiting to be called into the VIP room.
Back then, one dance on the floor went for $ 20. The VIP room was $ 100 minimum and for that the girl danced three songs. There was a $ 250 for 30 minutes option and one hour for $ 400. Plus a minimum of two drinks upon
walking into the VIP. Most of the topless clubs in Vegas have prices similar to these with slight variations.
One of the VIP girls was Ivory, she was very pretty, to me that means both face AND body. Her body was bangin'! She is one of the girls in the large photos that hang on the outside wall of Crazy Horse Too, at least the photos were still there last time I was in Vegas. She is the blonde in the white bikini. What annoyed me about her was that she was letting guys grab her boobs out on the main floor for $ 20, at least wait until you go into the VIP....!
As far as my dances go, no boob touching/grabbing - ever. To me that is not a dance, nothing personal against anyone, it's just me. Many clubs do not allow it and I follow that rule. I have seen girls getting their boobs mauled and it makes me cringe. It is not worth it to me. Plus I like my boobs too much for that.
I do not need them to be milked on a regular basis by strangers.
Sara made lots of money by being a VIP girl, she told me how much she made one year, and it was close to $ 200 000. I know she would go to dinner, shopping, gambling with guys outside of the club for a fee, whether she did
more than that - I don't know.
I heard many stories about the VIP girls entertaining people outside of the club , it was kind of expected of you, if you wanted to keep your spot as a VIP girl.
I have one more thing to tell you. About the Sky Boxes at Sapphire. It's your own little room high up by the ceiling, therefore it is called Sky Box. Sapphire is a huge club in Vegas that reminds me of a warehouse.
Before they built Sapphire, the space it's in used to be the best gym EVER. Super luxurious, I loved that gym and if you were a dancer you only paid like $ 40/month if I remember it right. I was so upset when they closed that place down to build Sapphire, sheesh! Like Vegas really needed another strip club.
Anyways, I worked there for a while. I went up in the Sky Box once. Many girls went up there all the time. Hmmmmmm.....? The cost for the Sky Box? $ 500/hour with a $ 250 minimum bar tab. You got strawberries with that.The one time I did the Sky Box I went with a super nice man from Washington DC, involved in politics.
We stayed up there for two hours and talked mostly about current affairs and I danced a few songs for him. He told me that he had been up in the box before and that it was way more wild than with me. But we got along great and had a fun time discussing stuff.
Another time I sat down with some guy that was some big spender supposedly (he had been in the night before and spent lots of money I found out afterward). But I declined going up to the Sky Box when he and the group he
was with got ready to migrate upstairs. He was nice but I could tell that he would be a pain to deal with. So I said no thanks. I can make $ 500 doing regular dances out on the floor.
No need to be alone in a room with a person you feel annoyed with and get molested for some $$$.
Dancing in Vegas can be fun but overall it is......exhausting. Many of the clubs are open 24/7. I stumbled out of Crazy Horse Too around 7 AM so many times. It wears on you. There are way too many girls working, many doing whatever to make their quota for the day or week. I don't like that. It's ok to go there and work for shorter stints but living there and dancing, at this point I would not do that again.
You can make really good money if you are able to get a job as a cocktail waitress at one of the busy nightclubs in Vegas. My friend Amber works at XS. A boob job is highly encouraged. Even though most of the girls have boob jobs, they still have to wear two push up bra's under their uniforms.
They make around $ 11/hour, have full benefits and the tips amount to around $ 600 - 1000/night, sometimes more.
A great job, if you can manage to get your foot in the door. And stand working until wee hours and in a stressful environment.
